The Mornington Basketball Player Pathway is the blueprint for player progression and development across the association. The Player Pathway caters for players of all levels from our entry level development program "Jump Ball" all the way up to Senior Breakers and National Representation.

The Domestic Player Pathway includes Jump Ball, Ground Breakers/BreakHERS, Breakers Development Squad, Domestic Skills Academy and most importantly our Domestic Competition.

The Representative Player Pathway is focused on getting our players from the VJBL Breakers through to Big V Breakers as well as providing opportunties for some athletes to represent us in the State Program.

Breakers athletes may get the opportunity to try out of be selected for the State Player Pathway. U12's athletes have a number of Talent Identification camps that they may qualify for and as athletes move into U14's and above they may be selected into a Basketball Victoria Development Program.
