Domestic junior and senior competitions
Mornington Basketball Winter 24 domestic competition season will commence from Monday 15th April, 2024.

Our Winter 24 Information Guide provides members with specific details regarding, dates, schedules, registrations, finals, timing, member protection. Please take the time to read the guide prior to the season starting.
Register a team
Team registrations for Winter 24 are now open and will close on the 28th of March, 2024. We have a number of team registration capacities on each age group. Due to this some competitions registration may close sooner than the final registration date on the 28th of March, 2024.

Player registration
Every player MUST BE REGISTERED online in PlayHQ by the 3rd of August, 2024. Teams must have 5 or more players registered by the 28th of March, 2024 to be fixtured into the competition.
To register as a player you will need to contact your team contact person to obtain a link to register with the PlayHQ system.
We are cashless
Mornington Basketball will no longer accept cash payments. All match payments must be pre-paid using Teammo. Team Manager's will need to create a Teammo account. For full details please follow this link https://www.morningtonbasketball.com.au/teammopayments/
Coach and Team Manager - mandatory volunteer screening
All team staff MUST do the following prior to entering our venues:
- Hold a valid Victorian Working With Children Check (WWCC) and MUST have Mornington District Basketball Association (MDBA) listed as an organisation you are associated with;
- Register online with their team in PlayHQ (obtain link from Team Manager or person who registered the team);
- Complete prior to undertaking any role with your team a Member Protection Form, have it signed by a Justice of the Peace and uploaded to MDBA by submitting this form Upload your Member Protection Form Here; and
- Sign in at every game and present your WWCC card.
