Many of you may be aware that our supplier sizes are often different to sizes we normally buy for our children. Because of this, we urge members to try uniforms on at the stadium before purchasing online – just to ensure you have exactly the right fit.
All deliveries can take up to 6 weeks to be fulfilled depending on stock levels. You will be advised via email when your order is ready to collect from the stadium.
We will exchange goods where they are faulty and proved to be a manufacturers fault. An exchange request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Exchanges will be made providing the following have been met:
- Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
- Goods are in original condition
- Online receipt is provided
The Mornington Basketball Online Shop cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit when sending items back. These items should either be sent by registered mail or returned to the Mornington Basketball Stadium.
Please note that sizing does not run standard all uniforms should be tried on before purchasing. MDBA will not issue refunds or exchanges for any personalised/numbered uniform items.
Domestic uniforms are not supplied by Mornington Basketball however there are many uniform suppliers easily found online.
Our uniform shop does supply supporter wear and accessories which are ideal for our domestic players and their fans including t-shirts, hoodies, caps, socks, balls and more!
Uniforms are available to hire from the stadium for teams who are awaiting delivery of their uniforms or in cases where there is a uniform clash. Uniform hire is $5 per team.
